Sonali works as a Consultant in the Research and Consulting team, helping charities and funders understand, measure and communicate their impact. She is currently working with various charities to develop theories of change and measurement frameworks.
Since joining NPC, she has supported funders such as The Alchemy Foundation and Bank of America Merrill Lynch to evaluate the impact of its grant making. She has also worked with several charities to review its operations and governance. She has a wide range of experience in qualitative interviewing and has worked with clients such as Accenture and the Access Foundation.
Before joining NPC, Sonali worked at Dasra—a strategic philanthropy foundation based in Mumbai—where she led pre-investment evaluation and development of business plans for social enterprises in India. There she worked across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare and governance. She also previously worked at the Clinton Global Initiative and Impact HUB Islington, and holds a Bachelors degree in Human Sciences from Oxford University.
