Sally-Anne Greenfield is a funding expert and consultant, providing philanthropy advice to individuals and families and strategic advice to charities.
In 2004 she set up the Leeds Community Foundation, part of a national network of community foundations throughout the country who provide philanthropy advice to donors and run grant-making programmes. She grew the Foundation over 13 years and helped it become one of the top five community foundations in the country in terms of endowment and annual grant-making.
Before that, she had a career in the charity sector including in-house fundraising roles for a range of hospitals and for the new Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. Sally-Anne studied Social Anthropology and Social Psychology at Cambridge from 1983-1986 and she also holds a MA Course in Philanthropy Studies from the University of Kent.
