Laura is our HR and Facilities Manager. She is responsible for our HR function and oversees our recruitment process, employment contracts and legislation and staff benefits in addition to overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the office including health and safety, IT/telephony and facilities.
Laura joined NPC in 2010 and has worked in a number of roles, as HR and Finance Manager, NPC’s Well-being Measure Operations Manager and Office Manager.
