Lucy Smith

Lucy is the Senior HR and Facilities Executive within the Operations team. She is a main point of contact for IT, as well as health and safety compliance, and works alongside the Operations Executive to provide support for all office and facilities enquiries. Lucy oversees the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff. She also works closely with the HR & Facilities Manager on learning and development, the staff handbook and organisational policies, and well-being.

Lucy holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Before joining NPC, Lucy worked in Operations for a kitchen contractor and has also worked for the British Red Cross as part of their Diversity team.
