Nishma Shankar

Nishma joined NPC in August 2021 as HR and Facilities Manager. She is responsible for training and development, well-being and support, performance appraisals, staff handbook queries, and support for new digital tools, cyber security and data protection.

Nishma’s experience spans 12 years in the private sector, most recently she spent three years as Chief of Staff at the brand marketing agency Katlist, managing HR and day-to-day operations of the business. Prior to that, she spent nine years in PR and advertising. She has a keen interest in corporate social responsibility, charity and civil rights.
