Vita Kazlauskaite

Vita works as NPC’s HR and Facilities Manager (maternity cover). She is responsible for HR function and recruitment process, employment contracts, and staff benefits. In addition to this, Vita oversees the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of office life, including health and safety, IT, and facilities. She also supports the training and development needs of the organisation and manages the monthly processes for payroll, pensions and PAYE submissions.

Prior to joining NPC, Vita worked for several private sector organisations. These include Tesco PLC and their subsidiary hospitality business, Tesco Family Dining, as well as Burger and Lobster Restaurants. She holds a HR Management and Business Law degree and is currently working towards a CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources.
