Associate Associates

NPC’s associate scheme enables us to engage freelance consultants with specialist expertise to support on specific projects.

Ellie is a member of NPC’s associate scheme, specialising in helping charities and funders improve, measure and communicate their impact. She is now a freelance consultant, but previously worked at NPC as a Consultant and Senior Consultant.

In her time at NPC, Ellie worked with a range clients including Relate, the MS Society, Motor Neuron Disease Association, Street Kids International, LankellyChase Foundation and Deutsche Bank. She also programme managed several of NPC’s flagship initiatives including Inspiring Impact, which aims to make high quality impact measurement the norm in the non-profit sector by 2022, and the Commission on the Voluntary Sector and Ageing. Her published work includes NPC’s Practical Guide to Creating a Theory of Change, an introduction to Systems Change, and The Journey to Employment (JET) framework—a shared measurement framework for the youth employability sector.

Before joining NPC, Ellen worked as an academic researcher at the London School of Economics on a government-funded project investigating the Impact of Social Sciences. Ellen has also worked for Accenture, advising both public and private sector clients on improving their performance.
