Laura Finch

Laura works as our HR and Facilities Manager. She supports HR activities, preparing employment contracts, probation confirmations, maternity leave confirmations, notifications of salary increases and applications for membership of pension scheme, season ticket loans, cycle to work, and childcare vouchers.

Previously, Laura split this role with a second role managing NPC’s Well-being Measure, which is a tool to help charities quantify the impact they have on the well-being of young people they work with. As first point of contact for well-being enquiries, she helped charities understand how the Measure could fit into their evaluation processes and, ultimately, add credibility to their programmes.

Laura has been at NPC since 2009. Prior to joining, she worked as a Deputy Team Leader for NFU Mutual and has also worked in a variety of operational and administrative roles.
