About this event
Join us every month for our funder drop-ins to discuss the impact of Covid-19 and what it might entail for funders in their relationships with grantees. Topics change every month and past discussions have revolved around due diligence, data information, and local versus national responses.
These sessions are dedicated to funders and we wish to hear from philanthropists and foundations on how they’re finding their work amidst the crisis.
Our next drop-in is on trauma-informed approaches and will take place on Thursday 21st January from 2pm to 3pm.
Speakers include Katie Boswell (Associate Director, Strategy and Leadership, NPC) and Linda McDonald (Learning and Communications Manager, Robertson Trust).
If you wish to be added to the mailing list to receive the registration link directly, along with weekly updates on our latest work, or have any question, please email marc.salzmann@thinkNPC.org.
We mustn’t lose sight of the other crisis; our environment. Environmental and social charities and funders need to work together if we are to #BuildBackBetter.
The country is in a very deep crisis. At NPC we are working with philanthropists and partners on how they can more effectively fund charities now, and we want to hear your ideas about what more can be done.
Our research captures our sector in the final few months of calm before the storm, offering insight into its strengths, weaknesses, challenges and risks, so that philanthropists, funders and policy makers can best support charities to help those who rely on them now more than ever.
Regularly updating and interactive data on the coronavirus crisis for charities and funders. We have built an interactive dashboard which shows the places most affected by Covid-19, and those that have underlying factors—such as age, health, ethnicity—which may put them at risk.
A collaborative effort to help philanthropists keep charities serving throughout the coronavirus crisis, and prepare for whatever challenges the post-covid world will hold.
