Developing a measurement framework for your charity

About this event

Did we make a difference? That’s what every charity wants to know. Answering this question can be tricky. It’s hard to collect reliable data about things that have changed. And even if you can, how do you know it was down to you? Would change have happened anyway? More and more charities therefore develop a measurement framework. Such framework guides you to measure impact in a structured and robust way. But how do you develop a good measurement framework?

This online webinar is for charities who want to develop or update their measurement framework.

We will discuss:

  • The importance of measuring your impact
  • The challenges of measuring your impact
  • What a measurement framework is
  • The importance of developing a measurement framework
  • A step-by-step process to develop a measurement framework
  • How to ensure successful implementation and learning.

Who is the event for?

This is an introductory session, and no prior knowledge is required. It is aimed those who are either new to impact measurement frameworks or are looking to improve their existing frameworks.

Who delivers the training?

The webinar is delivered by our consultants who are experts in working with charities of all shapes and sizes to develop robust and systematic methods for measuring the difference they make.

Background reading
