Data visualisation: What’s it all about?
About this event
Charities are getting better at planning their evaluation, collecting and analysing data, both qualitative and quantitative. Finding the best way to present this data can be tricky. Choosing the right charts, graphs or infographics to communicate the story your data is telling can influence how well your audiences engages with your findings, and how much can be learnt from them.
This seminar will:
- Introduce you to different data visualisation options
- Explore the benefits
- Hear how organisations have approached this.
The event will be chaired by Lucy de Las Casas, Director of Think Tank and External Affairs, NPC and speakers include:
- Katy Murray, Communications Manager, NPC
- Richie Alford, Director of Research and Impact, Send a Cow
- Philip Leake, Data Journalist, Visual ONS
