NPC has worked with a wide range of organisations in the voluntary sector over the past 20 years. Here you can read about our work with charities and social enterprises, individual donors and their families, trusts and foundations, government bodies and businesses.
Alzheimer’s Society
We've worked with Alzheimer’s Society several times. On this occasion we helped create an impact framework resulting in several theories of change, including one for the whole organisation.
Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales
Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales commissioned us to conduct research to inform its new strategy.
Age Exchange
Age Exchange wanted to gather evidence of the impact of their work with older people. We helped them develop a theory of change and measurement framework for their new organisational strategy.
ATSO
We worked with ASTO to develop a shared theory of change and measurement framework to help its members to explain and assess their work with young people.
Imara
NPC has worked several times with Imara—a Nottingham-based Community Interest Company (CIC). On this project we helped them refine their approach to theory of change.
Clinks
We managed Clinks's capacity building programme 'Improving your evidence', commissioned by the National Offender Management Service (NOMS), to improve the evidence base about what works with offenders.
Inspira
We worked with Inspira for the second time in 2016 to help them with their measurement and impact reporting.
NHS Charities
We helped three charities from the Maddox Group of NHS Charities to develop a shared theory of change.
KL Felicitas Foundation
As KLF’s impact partner, we were asked to review and report on the social impact of their impact investment portfolio, building on the work we did with KLF in 2015.
RS MacDonald Charitable Trust
We produced two reports with RS MacDonald Charitable Trust. They have used them to start a conversation about how the issues are funded in Scotland.
