Impact Management Programme

NPC leads the Impact Management Programme: A two year capacity building programme funded by Access – The Foundation for Social Investment and Power to Change to support charities and social enterprises to increase their social impact and diversify their income.

This exciting programme has been co-designed by over 100 organisations in the sector to ensure it reflects organisations’ needs.

We have brought together an expert consortium to develop and deliver the programme, which includes social sector organisations Impetus-PEF, NCVO Charities Evaluation Services, Social Enterprise UK, Social Investment Business and Social Value UK, plus product and service design agency Hactar. We are pleased to be building on our 15 years’ experience in the sector and drawing on the skills, experience and networks of our partnership, who all share a common vision.

The programme has a website of practical tools and guidance, giving out £1.8m of grant funding and facilitating peer learning events and 1-to-1 support all over England. If you would like to get involved visit the website AccessImpact.org to sign up.

In 2018 we launched a new digital platform for charities and social organisations to get started with impact management. Impact Support is full of free tools and guidance on how to collect, analyse and use data to improve services.
