Cath Dovey

Cath Dovey launched the Beacon Collaborative in 2019 to grow philanthropy and impact-led activity in the UK. Beacon’s work engaged philanthropy and social impact organisations, philanthropists and policy makers to improve the enabling environment for socially-motivated capital. Beacon merged with NPC in 2025.

Prior to her move into the impact sector, Cath co-founded the leading international strategy consultancy in wealth management, which she led for two decades.

Cath is a former chair of Rosa, the UK fund for women and girls. She is a trustee of Philanthropy Impact and a judge of the Wealth Briefing Wealth for Good Awards. She was awarded a CBE for her services to philanthropy, the arts, women and girls and the economy.
