Meera Craston

With 20 years’ experience in public policy and not-for-profit consulting, Meera is a deeply purpose-driven senior leader who is committed to supporting individuals, teams and organisations in leading for positive social change and public good. Prior to setting up her independent advisory practice in Autumn 2022, Meera was a Senior Director in the Public Affairs Division at Ipsos UK, where she co-led their Policy & Evaluation Unit.

Having worked across the social policy arena as an evaluation, impact and policy design specialist for two decades, Meera is a strong and established advocate of the evaluation profession and evidence-based decision making. She also has a keen interest in supporting individuals, teams and organisations to create the right environments to be at their best, which has formed an integral part of all of her previous roles.

Meera’s current work includes acting as an advisor and thinking partner for clients across the independent, public, not-for-profit and private sectors to support the design of effective strategy, evaluation/impact assessment, leadership, culture and policy. She is also the part-time Executive Director of the UK Evaluation Society (UKES) and was previously a Trustee of UKES and the Miscarriage Association.
