Sabrina Bengtzen
Sabrina Bengtzen is a researcher with expertise in philanthropy, impact measurement, and strategy development. At NPC, she supports charities and foundations by conducting in-depth mixed methods research, synthesising findings, and translating them into strategic outputs such as theories of change, organisational strategies, systems maps, and impact narratives. Her approach integrates data analysis, participatory methods, and stakeholder engagement to ensure strategies are inclusive, evidence-based, and actionable. She is particularly passionate about youth and education.
Her academic research on faith-based pedagogies has been published in Religions, and she has led anti-racism initiatives, including developing a prejudice-awareness database adopted by her local university. Alongside her research, Sabrina has volunteered for over twelve years—both in paediatric hospitals and with youth groups across the US and UK—supporting marginalised young people through care and education.
