Thu Nguyen

Thu Nguyen is a Consultant at NPC, working across philanthropy, strategy development, impact investing, and impact measurement.

A chartered accountant and auditor by training, she spent eight years in risk and strategy consulting before joining NPC, specialising in governance framework design, maturity assessment models, financial modelling, and risk quantification for organisations across the public and private sectors.

Outside work, Thu volunteers as an interpreter for Lewisham Migrant Network, helping improve migrants’ and refugees’ access to social services. She has a keen interest in private capital mobilisation to address critical social issues, which she is pursuing through a part-time MSc in International Development at SOAS University of London, with research focused on humanitarian innovative finance instruments.

She holds a BSc in International Relations and an MSc in Politics and Communication, both from the London School of Economics.
