Lena Vogel
Lena Vogel is a Principal at NPC, where she works with philanthropists, foundations, businesses, funders, and social purpose organisations to help them achieve greater impact. She supports clients to develop strategies, systems change, organisational effectiveness, and collaborative approaches to tackling complex social and environmental challenges.
Prior to joining NPC, Lena worked at McKinsey & Company, the United Nations World Food Programme and the World Bank. She has more than seven years’ experience across Europe and Africa, helping organisations navigate complexity and turn ambition into action.
Lena holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from Leiden University.
