Madeleine Carsen

Madeleine joined NPC in July 2026 as Communications and Business Development Executive, where she works primarily on the Beacon Forum, helping to drive stakeholder engagement and build partnerships with prospective event sponsors. She also supports NPC’s wider communications activity, including website content and digital marketing.

Prior to joining NPC, Madeleine worked as a Membership Experience Coordinator for Fora, overseeing client management and engagement, while also gaining experience in creative campaigns.

She holds a BA in French and Arabic from UCL and is interested in how communications, policy and convening can strengthen the impact economy and drive social change.
