Embedding an environmental response into your work
About this event
Every person and every cause in the UK will be affected by the environmental crises. Charities have a crucial role to play in ensuring that a response to the environmental crises builds a happier, healthier, and fairer society for all. How will your work contribute?
Join us for an inspiring event where we will help you plan your response to the environmental crises. This session is designed to be relevant to all charity missions and levels of experience with environmental issues.
This event will help you to:
- Explore the connections between your mission and the environmental crises
- Consider how your programme design and organisational strategy may need to change
- Plan for next steps to embed this work further
Using tools, resources, and case studies from the Everyone’s Environment Pathway, and with time for Q&A and peer learning, this hands-on training session will give you the knowledge and confidence to take action on the social impacts of the environmental crises.
This event is suitable for champions of environmental issues within organisations, senior leaders, and trustees. It will be led by NPC’s Everyone’s Environment Programme Manager, Naomi Chapman.
Accessibility
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our online and in-person events. As part of our commitment, for all online events we use live closed captions and upload the recordings to YouTube which has the capability to select subtitles.
For in-person events we strive to use accessible venues. If you have any additional accessibility requirements that we can assist with, please email us at Events@thinkNPC.org.
