Big Lottery Fund—NPC consultation response

NPC works with a broad range of charities and funders, many of whom work with the Big Lottery Fund (BLF).

BLF is consulting on its policy priorities. Building on our experience, NPC’s consultation response suggests ways that BLF can do more to support charities and funders across the sector to deliver the greatest possible impact.

This includes recommendations to consider carefully its added value in the social investment field, the potential of a dedicated funding to support infrastructure in the voluntary sector, and measurement frameworks for assessing the quality of the government’s life chances.
