Jennifer Shea
Jennifer is an NPC associate working on evaluation, research and strategy projects for funders. She has over 15 years of experience working for impact-driven organisations. Recent work with NPC include an impact framework for the Health Foundation, evaluation of the Catalytic Capital Consortium (C3) for the MacArthur Foundation, and a new strategy for the Bromley Trust. Prior to her work with NPC Jennifer was a Research Director at nfpSynergy (2008-2015) and worked in fundraising for a major US non-profit. Jennifer also has an academic background in history and holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
