NPC’s Tris Lumley, Director of Open For All, has written an op-ed for CYP Now exploring why digital infrastructure matters for youth work, and how more open, shared approaches could help ensure every young person can rely on a community of support.
The article draws on early findings from the Open Youth Infrastructure project, which brings together stakeholders from across the sector to research, envisage and design infrastructure that works for everyone, not driven by the needs of any one organisation, but by what young people need most.
We’re committed to sharing what we’re learning as the work progresses, and to inviting others to help shape what comes next.
