Responding to Bill Gates’ comments that he has donated over $100 billion, NPC’s Principal for Effective Philanthropy Sarah Denslow said:
‘After $100 billion given over 25 years, Bill Gates continues to be at the forefront of philanthropy. But we’re sure Bill would agree with us that you don’t need to give that much to have an impact. Philanthropists that have the biggest impact are those, like Bill, with a clear strategy and focus that’s grounded in evidence.’
