Transforming rehabilitation: consultation response from NPC

In January 2013, the Ministry of Justice launched a consultation process inviting comments on the Justice Secretary’s proposals to transform rehabilitation.

The consultation paper describes the government’s intended approach to driving down the rate of reoffending and delivering better value for the taxpayer. NPC offered its views in response to these reforms.
