Growing your learning culture
Most organisations learn: some formally through structured processes, others informally through day‑to‑day practice. The challenge is to understand how learning already happens in your organisation and then identify the right interventions to intentionally grow and strengthen a learning culture.
In this session, we will look at learning as a culture‑change process through four lenses:
- Storytelling: How can storytelling create shared understanding about why learning continues to matter? What are practical tips for crafting clearer, simpler, and compelling narratives? What dominant narratives reinforce the status quo?
- Systems: What are the “hygiene factors” of organisational learning?
- Skills: What does it mean to be inquisitive? How can you ask questions that deepen learning and support reflective practice?
- Leadership: The crucial role of leaders role‑modelling learning behaviours and building psychological safety that encourages curiosity and constructive challenge.
If you’re committed to making your organisation more open, reflective, and curious, this session is for you.
Bursary places
This event is part of our Leading Impact series of seminars. A limited number of bursary places are available for small charities, ethnic minority charities of all sizes and ethnic minority representatives from charities of all sizes. Bursary spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Email us to apply for our bursary places.
We are also actively working to improve the accessibility of our online and in-person events.
