We have been prompted to provide this resource because of three observations:
- Data systems are important.
- Choosing and implementing a database is difficult.
- There is not much guidance or support available.
This is a guide for charities and other social sector organisations that are looking to choose, design and implement an electronic case management system (CRM).
This is NPC’s first foray into this area and we aim to do more.
