Result! What good impact reporting looks like

Producing an impact report is an important part of measuring the impact of your work. Yet many charities struggle with what information to include in their reports, what to leave out, and how best to present their impact data.

In July 2015, we hosted an event offering guidance on how to plan and produce a good impact report. This short briefing summarises advice from the speakers on the day, and draws on the experience of those in attendance. The main themes discussed were:

  • what impact reporting is;
  • why charities should report on their impact; and
  • how to produce a good impact report.

This event took place as part of NPC’s seminar series designed to give charities an introduction to various aspects of impact measurement. For more from this series, keep an eye on our twitter page @NPCthinks and the event hashtag #impactseminar, or see the events section of our website.

Want to learn more? We have an event on 23 May 2019 exploring what good impact reporting looks like.
