Responding to Charity Commission Chief Executive David Holdsworth’s comments to the Charity Finance Group conference,  NPC’s Head of Policy James Somerville said:

“We welcome the increased focus on measurement and impact. It’s a testament to the progress that we’ve seen over the last decade on this issue that this is now so central to the sector’s mainstream thinking. As we said in our response to the SORP draft, charities want to do more impact reporting – they need help and support to do so.”
