We helped the RNID to develop theories of change for four new programme areas, as well as a clear and consistent approach to impact measurement to use across the organisation. RNID moved from planning to real world delivery of well-evidenced, targeted, life-changing activity across its programmes.

On 21 November 2022.
NPC worked with Tesco and the charity partners to co-design a theory of change for its Little helps for healthier living programme.

Better Than Well is a student addiction recovery programme. NPC was commissioned to further develop the theory of change for the programme.
