Flora Charatan

Flora is a Senior Consultant in the Research and Consulting team, working across Strategy and Evaluation projects with a diverse range of funder and charity clients. She is currently managing an evaluation of the MacArthur Foundation’s Catalytic Capital impact investing initiative, in NPC’s capacity as an Evaluation and Learning Partner. Here she developed economic strategies, business cases and evaluations of national and local funding programmes for places in need of investment. She previously worked in social housing on Sustainability and ESG strategy as part of the Charityworks graduate programme.

Flora has degrees in Geography and Geographical Research from the University of Cambridge and is a Professional Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. She acts as a Trustee for the Soho Housing Association.
