Shreena Soomarah

Shreena joined NPC at the start of 2023 as Resource and Operational Manager.  She leads on the management of resources for research and consulting projects, ensuring that underlying systems and processes are embedded throughout the organisation and remain fit for purpose.

Shreena has over 10 years’ experience as an operational polymath at small research and data consultancies.  In addition, she spent a number of years as trustee of The Queer Alternative, and lead an international team making critically-acclaimed films at This One Is On Us. She continues to have a strong interest in the environment, animal welfare, and social equity.
