Abbie works within NPC’s Research and Consulting team as a Senior Consultant. Her primary themes of work relate to environmental and conservation charities, where Abbie has been creating tools and developing approaches for measuring and communicating their impact.
Abbie’s expertise lies in Social Psychology and her experience spans 5 years in the private sector, where she applied psychological and neuroscientific approaches to understand human attitudes and behaviour. Most recently, Abbie worked for 2 years at Digital Consumer Intelligence company Brandwatch where she harnessed social data to map out cultural trends and uncover insights into attitudinal and behavioural shifts. Before this, Abbie worked at a Neuromarketing agency, working with charities including NSPCC and RNIB to explore the implicit responses influencing donation behaviour.
Abbie has a keen interest in corporate social responsibility, the environment and using psychological techniques to understand and tackle social issues.
