Vaughan is Founding Partner of SpringCapital Impact. Vaughan is an executive business leader with deep experience in strategy development, partnerships and investing.
For the past ten years, Vaughan was CEO of Dartington Hall Trust, one of the largest Social Enterprises in the UK focused on stimulating new initiatives in arts, sustainability and social justice. He is credited with significantly growing the organisation and extending its impact and national prominence.
Previously, Vaughan was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co, where he covered consumer goods and retail and worked across multiple markets including emerging markets. Prior to this, Vaughan was Deputy Chief Executive at NCVO, the representative body for voluntary organisations in England; and Deputy Director at Shelter, a leading campaigning charity providing support services for the homeless.
Vaughan holds an MBA from London Business School, a Masters of Science in Demography from The London School of Economics, and a Master of Arts in Geography (Honours) from Oxford University. He is a trustee of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and holds various board appointments, including sitting on the Oxford University Humanities Advisory Board.
