Vaughan Lindsay

Vaughan has deep experience across the social, commercial and impact investing sectors and is passionate about supporting and improving the impact of the social sector.

He is CEO of ClimateCare, the number one rated B Corp in the UK, working with forward thinking organisations to turn their climate responsibilities into positive outcomes. He has spent significant time working for a leading International Impact Investor, LeapFrog Investments, and is a founder of another Impact Investing company, Zamo Capital, that supports Impact Funds in the UK. He also chairs the Big Issue Invest, Investment Committee.

Prior to this, Vaughan was CEO of Dartington Hall Trust, one of the largest Social Enterprises in the UK focused on stimulating new initiatives in arts, sustainability and social justice. He is credited with significantly growing the organisation and extending its impact and national prominence.

Previously, Vaughan worked at McKinsey & Co; was Deputy Chief Executive at NCVO, the representative body for voluntary organisations in England; and Deputy Director at Shelter, a leading campaigning charity providing support services for the homeless.

Vaughan holds an MBA from London Business School, a Masters of Science in Demography from The London School of Economics, and a BA in Geography (Honours) from Oxford University.
