About this event

This is the final webinar in our series sharing tools from NPC’s new systems practice toolkit, which contains resources designed to help you work more effectively in complex systems.

This training will cover the Spheres of Systems Change Framework, developed by NPC’s Systems Change Principal, Seth Reynolds, to help individual and organisations navigate the complex dynamics of systems change more effectively.

During this interactive workshop, we will explore the framework and how our individual and organisational actions can influence the systems around us, and vice-versa.

This event is part of our Leading Impact series of seminars. A limited number of bursary places are available for small charities, ethnic minority charities of all sizes and ethnic minority representatives from charities of all sizes. We are also actively working to improve the accessibility of our online and in-person events. As part of our commitment, for all online events we use live closed captions and upload the recordings to YouTube which has the capability to select subtitles. For in-person events we strive to use accessible venues.
