Developing a learning organisation

Earlier this year, NPC held a seminar for charities and funders on how to develop a learning organisation. This report summarises themes and advice from the event.

The event was chaired by James Noble, Impact Management Lead, NPC. Speakers included:

  • Rachel Tait, Senior Consultant, NPC;
  • Tina Ramdeen, Head of Youth Policy and Engagement, Roundhouse; and
  • Hannah Woods, Head of Evaluation and Learning, Gingerbread.

It looks at what a learning organisation is, how charities and funders can benefit from learning and provides tips and resources.

This Leading Impact seminar was part of a measurement seminar series designed to support charities and funders to make the most of their data.
