Is quantitative evaluation right for your charity?

About this event

Using quantitative data can give your charity the edge with some funders, but is it right for your charity? This in-person workshop will review a range of quantitative evaluation methods and provide guidance to help you make a considered decision about your next steps.

This workshop will:

  • Explain what quantitative evaluation can help with and compare that to qualitative methods
  • Set out all the different types of quantitative evaluation that you could put in place
  • Explain which types of evaluations are considered to be particularly reliable
  • Help you understand what your organisation would need to be able to conduct a good evaluation. We’ll cover timescale, costs and the number of beneficiaries you would need to involve
  • We’ll also help you identify organisations that could provide the expertise to help you move forward.

This training will be lead by NPC’s principal of data Sarah Sandford. This workshop will be interactive and limited in capacity, so there will be plenty of opportunities to ask your questions and get one to one time with our NPC expert.

Event timings: Join us at 9.15am for tea/coffee, we will begin at 9.30am.
