Daniel Hutt
Dan works within NPC’s Research and Consulting team as a Senior Consultant. He is currently working with the Health Foundation on the Young people’s future health inquiry in NPC’s capacity as Learning Partner. Dan is also working on NPC’s Impact Risk Classification framework for comparing an organisation’s approach to impact against best practice, and is supporting on NPC’s 20th Anniversary celebrations. Dan is particularly interested in place-based approaches–to understand how we can harness the power of local networks, and how funders can best support places as they continue to evolve.
Prior to joining NPC, Dan worked for Guy’s & St Thomas’ Foundation where he led the delivery of a new impact investing strategy to identify suitable funds to improve health outcomes for underserved groups. Dan brings experience of system change from his time at Save the Children UK where he worked on a long-term programme aimed at tackling generational poverty and improving outcomes for young people. Dan also spent time in the corporate sector with HSBC and led activity across strategy, digital and frontline roles.
