Naomi Chapman
Naomi works within NPC’s Research and Consulting team as a Senior Consultant.
She is the Programme Manager for Everyone’s Environment, a partnership between NPC and more than 50 charities across the sector seeking to accelerate action on the social impacts of the climate and nature crises.
Alongside this, she manages a range of NPC’s strategy projects, supporting charities and funders to maximise impact and advance best practice in relation to inclusion and collaboration. Naomi also leads NPC’s work supporting the sector to respond to the cost-of-living crisis.
Naomi brings experience in fundraising and philanthropy, organisational development, and governance from her work at Cause4, a social enterprise and consultancy supporting charities from across the cultural and community sectors. Naomi is also a Trustee at Villages in Action, a South Devon based charity supporting local communities to engage in art every day, and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy from the University of Leeds.
Working at NPC gives me the opportunity to unite my desire to drive social change with practical, evidence-led approaches; working with colleagues, charities and funders to deliver impact
