Anne Kazimirski

Anne leads on impact measurement at NPC, and heads up the measurement and evaluation team. She has worked with a wide range of charities and funders on developing theories of change and ways to measure their impact, including the National Children’s Bureau and the Prince’s Regeneration Trust. Anne also works with organisations to develop shared measurement frameworks, which involves designing sector-specific tools and questionnaires. She has overseen the development of a shared measurement framework for services focusing on offenders’ family and peer relationships, funded by the National Offender Management Service.

Anne has over 15 years of experience as a social researcher and evaluation consultant, with a strong background in quantitative and qualitative research design, delivery and analysis, and communication of research findings to different audiences. She has particular expertise in the children and families sector, and is NPC’s policy lead on family and parenting. In this capacity, she writes for Children and Young People Now magazine. Prior to NPC, Anne was research director at NatCen Social Research.
