Rosie is Deputy Head of Measurement and Evaluation, helping charities and funders to understand, measure and communicate their impact by working across strategy and measurement projects. She specialises in qualitative research, behavioural insight and mixed-method evaluations, with a keen interest in participatory approaches and capacity building.
Since joining NPC in 2015, Rosie has authored papers on the uses of qualitative research for charities, interpreting evidence standards and proportionate evaluation, and a shared outcomes framework. She also led the first sub-sector partnership within Inspiring Impact, working with Sported to develop an online peer learning and coaching platform.
Rosie is an experienced social policy researcher, previously leading studies across a range of policy areas for central Government and other public sector clients.
